There is magic in committing to the same thing every day.

Our world is a mirror, reflecting our inner state back to us in relationships, work, and in how we treat ourselves.

Through this journey we will be cleaning the mirror of our mind every day, pushing against our comfort zones to allow growth and the release of ways of being that no longer serve us. We will tune in to the subtle and wise inner voice that will help us attract what we truly desire in life.

Cohort Design

We offer 4 cohorts a year, one for each season.

Every cohort features new guides, practices, and updated materials.

Here’s how it works…

1. Design your own morning practice

Receive access to a password protected web portal with 15+ unique pre-recorded practices by skilled guides and practitioners. All practices are between 10 - 30 minutes.

2. Practice every morning on your own time

Practices can be downloaded to your device to be played offline. There are no daily live sessions, but you’ll receive insights and guidance from our facilitators and community along the way.

3. Benefit from community support

Join group calls and live workshops led by facilitators, get paired with a practice partner, and enjoy this global community of friends!

All calls will be recorded and sent to the group afterwards. You will have access to the calls and website for one week after the cohort ends.

Why 40 days?

Every season, we hold a 40 day Collective Practice cohort. Why?

  1. 40 day journeys known as Sadhanas have appeared for thousands of years in ancient texts and yogic philosophy, often signifying periods of great transformation.

  2. After 40 days, you have enforced new signaling on a cellular level that allow new habits to begin solidifying.

But don’t stop there….

The exploration of habit formation is an imperfect science, but studies show that it takes a minimum of 40 days to retrain the subconscious in a new habit, and at least 2 months for the new habit to become solidified as a natural behavior.

That’s why we have 4 cohorts a year, so that as a collective we can continue to gently build the habits that serve us, while releasing the ones that don’t.

More fine print on what each cohort includes:

  • Kickoff and Celebration calls with the entire group to meet the guides and each other, set intentions, and talk through the 40 day process.

  • Weekly field guides with deeper education on the modalities and lineages, science-backed habit building curriculum, the neuroscience of mindfulness, optional assignments to dive into personal exploration, and guidance on seasonal and planetary movements.

  • Live workshops with the guides (attendance is optional). These are often highlights of the journey for participants.

  • Shared WhatsApp thread and Practice Pods to stay on the pulse with friends and hold one another accountable. Experiences, poems, writing prompts, playlists, inspo, and maybe some great memes. No spammy content.

  • A robust library of additional on-demand practices from master guides (video and audio) - from qigong and breathwork to meditation and movement.
